Super Paper Mario hits stores next week for the Wii. With Mario games carrying heavy expectations and hype, we let you know if it’s worth your hard earned cash. Go here to see what we thought of the new title.

Major Nelson just posted the top games being played on Live for the last week, the week of 4/2. He’s got it broken down by platform (Xbox and Xbox 360) and has the XLA games broken out as well.

Nothing altogether surprising here. It’s nice to see GH2 climbed onto the list during it’s first week at #7. This list is based on global unique users on Live. Major also mentioned that if you combined the Xbox and 360 lists that Gears of War would still be on top of Halo 2. GoW needs to enjoy that success because that will drastically change when Halo 3 drops later this year.

Since Guitar Hero II showed up today and I’ve got my hands full with the new Wii (yes, I just got one) I have my Easter weekend full of digital fun. What’s going to hold your attention through this holiday weekend?
