Dragon Age: Origins’ PC release delayed

February 3, 2009

EA announced that Dragon Age: Origins, BioWare’s ‘spiritual successor’ to Baldur’s Gate, will not be launching first on the PC.  The delay to the last quarter of this year lines up with the previously-announced release dates for the PS3 and Xbox 360 versions.

No reason was given for the delay.

Having trouble waiting for the release?  BioWare has posted the first chapter of the game’s tie-in novel.
