In the march up to the release of Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter 2, Ubisoft announced plans to release a multiplayer demo for the highly anticipated sequel. The demo is set to debut on the Xbox Live Marketplace on February 26, while the full game will ship on March 6. The demo will offer a single map called “Outpost” in both adversarial and co-op modes of play, and will support up to 16 players.
In addition, those who download the demo on February 26 will also have the opportunity to be among a select group to challenge the developers to some multiplayer action. Sweepstakes will determine the winners who will be invited to play with Red Storm on February 28, 8-10pm EST. The registration will stay open until February 26 at 6pm EST, and winners will be informed afterwards.
