It looks as though the PS3 has a pending firmware update. This takes the firmware from v1.10 to v1.11. All the reports I’ve read show no issues, except [url=http://www.kotaku.com/gaming/ps3/ps3-111-update-crashes-my-console-217634.php]one[/url]. Even that one case is a relatively minor issue. For the 3 of you reading this with a PS3, feel free to let us know what the update actually does, if anything. You see, the placeholder at home for a PS3 is mysteriously vacant.
