No, we’re not talking about Bloodrayne. As Movie Thunder reported last week, it is expected that Uwe Boll will be making a Metal Gear Solid film. Worse yet, Hideo Kojima, the man behind the masterpiece (according to many) isn’t involved in the film at all.
The good news is that Joystiq thinks that he may have too much on his plate and might have to turn down his chance to talk on the Metal Gear series and turn it into a film. After seeing the disastrous numbers for Bloodrayne, we can only hope somebody else makes the MGS film.
I wish I could be more excited about the film, but the two problems are this. I still have yet to play any of the MGS games (too many games, too little time), and Uwe Boll will likely destroy it, thus making me not want to play the games.
I’ll just sit back and see what happens.
