Major Nelson got a chance to rock on with GH2 for 360 this week and the [url=http://www.flickr.com/photos/majornelson/254772260/in/photostream/]photo[/url] he posted is sporting a lack of wires just as we expected.
Edit: It appears it does have a wire afterall. Dang it.
